Welcome to Java Travelmate. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the departure date. Bookings are confirmed after a 30% down payment of the total cost.

2. Payment

Full payment must be settled before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for loss of personal items, injuries, or damages that occur during the tour. Participants are advised to have travel insurance.

5. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to change schedules or routes due to safety reasons or unfavorable weather conditions. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
